Dr. Ben Manesh's academic career, including majoring in chemical engineering, began at the University of Maryland College Park. Being a "people person", he wanted a more "hands on" profession. He earned his doctorate in dental surgery from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland in 1993. He was in the top ten percent of his graduating class. After graduation, he continued his studies in prosthetic dentistry (bridges, dentures, and implants).
Dr. Manesh enjoys comprehensive individualized care and he places strong emphasis on care for the entire family. His philosophy of care is evident in his relationship with his patients as well as his fellow professionals and staff. Dr. Manesh has earned numerous honors including induction into the Dental Honors Society Omega Kappa Upsilon for academic excellence, the Gamma Phi Delta award for excellence in prosthetic dentistry for all four years at the University of Maryland, Gorgas Honors Society, and inclusion in the International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs. Dr. Manesh insists on the highest level of excellence for himself and his dental providers. To help maintain this goal he has instituted frequent meetings to discuss the latest in dental techniques and to evaluate performance. Continuing education and patient satisfaction are of utmost importance to him. Dr. Manesh speaks English, Farsi, and German. He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife, son and daughter.
